This react js course gives you the complete frontend development skills that React developer roles demand - covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React components, hooks, Redux, and API integration.
Start with HTML and CSS: build structured web pages using semantic HTML, forms, tables, and media - then style with CSS Grid, navigation bars, dropdowns, and responsive design.
Next, master JavaScript: variables, arrays, DOM manipulation, event listeners, fetch API, and exception handling. Then dive into React JS: set up create-react-app, work with JSX, function components, props, useState, useEffect for API calls, useContext, and React Redux with useSelector and useDispatch - finishing with a capstone React application.
By the End, You Will:
- Build responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS Grid, and modern UI design principles
- Create interactive JavaScript apps with DOM manipulation, AJAX, and real-time event handling
- Develop React JS apps with components, hooks, Context API, and Redux state management
- Apply complete react course skills in a portfolio-ready capstone React web application
Ideal For: Beginners learning React JS; JavaScript developers adding React; CS students pursuing react js certification; anyone targeting react front end developer or full stack roles on Coursera.
Enroll now and build the React JS skills that top frontend employers hire for.

The course is extremely superficial and basic. The course on Redux is just a video explaining the basic definition that's it. The quizzes are FILLED with wrong answers and they consistently asking stuff to be seen in the next module that we haven't covered yet

Overall, it is fine, but there are some annoying errors both in the learning material and the quizes.

Good content, but the graded quizzes seem to be designed to not get 100%, some questions disprove others. Very basic if you are an experienced developer, you can focus less on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (DOM) focusing more on OOP with JavaScript and deeper knowledge of React such as architecture, SSR, and optimization.

Too much theory, we can't learn by powerpoint slides! Add a resources section and include some exercises, with starting point and solution, like another learning platform does. The material doesn't mention flex, which is a huge gap. After finishing this paid course, I had to resort to other sources to get basic things done, like handling Create/Read/Update/Delete operations retrieve user input data and implement a simple clock. And please get a new microphone, the sound of the keys pressed was louder than the voice.

There's video where the audio just cuts out halfway through. This was reported 9 days ago and there is no resolution. The final project just says "Make an application using what we taught you". No further guidance is given.
