This course helps business professionals understand how ethics changes as AI becomes more integrated into the way we work, negotiate, and make decisions. It combines the foundations of human ethics and negotiation with practical guidance on applying those principles in AI-enabled organisations.

The course begins by exploring the ethics of negotiation and the Four Ethical Pillars that shape responsible human behaviour. From there, it moves through different stages of AI integration — from AI as a support tool, to human-AI collaboration, and eventually autonomous AI agents. At each stage, the course examines the real ethical questions businesses face, including trust, accountability, transparency, bias, decision-making, and governance. Rather than focusing only on theory, the course is highly practical and engaging. Each chapter includes real-world examples, practical readings, and exercises designed to help learners apply ethical thinking directly to business situations. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to use AI responsibly, negotiate more ethically, and make better decisions as AI becomes a larger part of everyday business operations.
