The infusion of both video, and articles from various sources along with the curriculum proved to be a fun and education class. The lessons were thoughtful, energetic and real. DEIB issues are a hot button topic beyond race and age, and as a Native American, Male who is handicapped and over 50, I am a walking billboard for Equality and Inclusion. I see the different landscapes of the workplace and the attitudes of my Gen X generation and the now generation of Millennials. We have the same goals and mission at hand, but come to the table with different thoughts, values and work ethics. This class is important to keep the lines of communication open and to move forward.

This was not what I was expecting and while many of the articles and videos' could be updated the overall course and information was good. I'm glad I took it and wish I could get the whole management team at my small business to take it.

Overall, a good course. I would have loved it if there would have been a bit more focus on disabled people - after all, it's the only group that any human can join at any time! - but still lots of great information.

Great course. One suggestion is to have the instructor on video (rather than a recording/podcast) and some PowerPoint presentations. Thanks so much.

More specification is lacking in the action plan, resembling a real case in different forms of inclusion in the workplace and how it would be for it to be successful.

The instructions for the project were really confusing.

The course was extremenly informative - to the point that I have to await a peer to view my assignment - BEFORE - the course is completed. Some, apparently have been waiting over a year. Not what I expected.

I found the course poorly articulated, and the content itself was not rich (it was more a collection of external resources). I wish I had not taken it as now I am running out of seats.
