I learned something, but most of the time it feels like the quizzes do not match the contents that are taught.

The course syllabus is awesome, but the content should be more elaborate. Please mention the units of the answer properly. The discussion prompts should be converted to quizzes for more appropriate certificate provision.

This is the fourth Coursera subject taught in the Specialization in Statistical Thermodynamics with Prof. John W. Daily from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
The subject of this course is a challenging one. It requires hard work and comprehension of subjects typically not given in undergraduate courses.
It examines our capability not only to numerically sketch complicated isotherms and other physical quantities but the ability to understand the units used for their measurements, plots, and physical meaning.
The study of different real equations of state, their equilibrium condition, virial coefficients, and specific heat of solids, liquids, and gases where there is an intermolecular potential are taught in a rather pedagogical way.
I highly recommend this challenging & interesting "Dense Gases, Liquids and Solids" course.

I like the course, it brought back the memories I had when I was taking statistical thermodynamics in undergrad. However, the problems need to be reviewed carefully. It took me a while to complete the course because as far as units are concerned, the correct answer does not match what is asked in the problem. The typographical errors (units, given values, etc.) were probably overlooked by the subject matter expert.

It is a good course. It teaches you patience and equally to work hard
