Instructor spoke very clear and precise. The content dealt with real life situations that I have come in contact with in my other work experiences.

I wish the first chapters had been more concise. Chapters 4 and 5 had too much information, were densely compacted, and chapter 5 was way too long.

Almost entirely this was a very clearly written and understandable course. Highly educational, and very satisfying to have earned a certification!

The course is broken into short sections and it's well-organized. I was impressed with the actors on the example phone calls! Great job, actors. :)

The course was quick, comprehensive, and easy to understand. Very effective for quickly teaching the basics you may need in a contact tracing role.

Being a contract tracer requires a great skill and attention to detail. You have to be a good problem solver and creatively solved those problems.
