Azure Virtual Networking: DNS & Load Balancer Services
Module 2•3 hours to complete
Module details
This week focuses on how name resolution and load distribution are implemented in Azure environments. You’ll explore Azure DNS to understand how domains and records are managed in the cloud. You’ll then set up Azure Load Balancer to distribute traffic across virtual machines for scalability and resilience. Through guided demos, you’ll deploy VNets, configure backend pools, install IIS, and validate load balancing behavior. By the end of this week, you’ll know how to deliver scalable, highly available network architectures using Azure DNS and Load Balancer.
