There are many problems with this course. First of all, there was nearly no engineering taught at all in any of the lessons. This really should be called "Introduction to Automotive Industry" instead. Second, there were so many bugs in the tests, where it would mark my answers as incorrect while showing me a correct answer that matches exactly the answer that I chose. Oftentimes passing a test was a game of guessing which wrong answer was the answer that they system wanted. The quality of the reading materials was probably the most disappointing aspect, with the first "research" paper being absolutely atrocious while many of the other selected readings being fluff pieces from manufacturer websites. If any part of this program were more disappointing, it would be the utter lack of academic rigor from the other students, most of whom didn't even participate in the discussions, and most of whom who did participate so blatantly copied and pasted answers from ChatGPT that I stopped even wanting to read any other posts. All in all, while the instructor I thought was decent, everything else about this course has convinced me never even to look at another Starweaver course again.
