You submit one integrated advisory package and an executive presentation. A single rubric scores four things: how correctly you apply the program's frameworks, the quality of your advisory reasoning, how well the components connect across opportunity, readiness, roadmap, ROI, and governance, and how clear and appropriate your communication is for an executive audience. The reasoning score credits a well-evidenced recommendation to stop, defer, or scale back an initiative, as well as naming where benefits and residual costs land and testing oversight controls rather than asserting them. To pass each module, you will also have to pass a graded assessment with MCQ and open-ended questions about the steps of developing the package.

You receive a company brief and a partial data room with some early analysis already started, so your time goes to applying frameworks, connecting the components, and documenting your reasoning rather than gathering data or building models. You can show the finished package to employers as a work sample of how you think and what you can produce. It demonstrates skills; it does not guarantee a job offer.

To access course materials, assignments, and earn a Certificate, you'll need to purchase the Certificate experience when you enroll in a course.
