Curso excelente. Completo e interesante. Con profesionales cualificados en el campo de las adicciones y muy buena capacidad para exponer y explicar a los alumnos interesados en este curso. Si tuviera que destacar algo parcialmente negativo sería para alumnos fuera de USA, el curso se centra mucho en la adicción y tratamiento de opioides, y deja un poco de lado otras drogas.

Excelente, muy buen ritmo de voz y supieron transmitir sus conocimientos. Me fue muy dificil contestar los examenes pues eran todos en ingles. First class course on how to talk to, get help for, and support a human being with an Unhelpful Addictive Behaviour. While I do not subscribe to the disease model, and see Unhelpful Addictive Behaviour as a common human condition, with levels of chronicity including deadly, this course empowered me to be more effective with a human being I might encounter. Love it.

Should be required for anyone in or thinking about entering the substance abuse field. The lectures, readings, and discussions were engaging and informative. Future clinicians, individuals in recovery, family members impacted by substance abuse, or anyone interested in the science and treatment of substance use disorder would find this course worth their time.

This is one of the best Courser courses I have listened to. A very rich, informative program. I liked the integrative multidisciplinary approach and the humanistic concept underneath. Good presentation, extra materials. I really liked the cases - the lecturers played like real actors! very clear and believable.

Great course! Although some lectures and activities are more applicable in US, the concept may also be used in my country. The technique of giving a theoretical perspective, then practical application, and panelists discussion helped to better understand the topic and put the lessons into clearer perspective.

For the amount of time this course advertises itself as, it stays honest to them amazing skills and knowledge it says to offer. In 6 modules and amazing panel discussions, it offers amazing groundwork to inflence your current practice and start you off very well for more serious training and certifications

I really loved this course. I took it so I could get more experience and a certification for my work. But It helped shape my perspective in more ways than I initially expected. It was very enlightening and engaging. This is the first course I have taken on this site. I look forward to taking more courses.

Loved the interdisciplinary approach and recognition of how social determinants of health strongly influence people with SUD and how they might or might not approach recovery. Very thorough course for only being 6 weeks of content. Was very helpful for my work as a nurse in a supervised consumption site.

I enjoyed the point of views of multiple presenters and seeing treatment offered through the lense of their training and expertise. It made my educational experience much more comprehensive. However what was most valuable to me was the empathy that came across the discussions and options. Thank you.

Every part of the course was well designed,graded assignemts were tough and challenging and after spending 15 days on this course, i now know much more about susbtance use disorders and my role as a psycologist to treat them. i am highly grateful to all the professors who planned this course.

For me, the course was magnificent. My only problem was the language barrier, which in some way influenced something, even though it also helped me in that area and learning to use the skills of the course, since it is the first time I have taken a course for this wow, but i love it

I enjoyed the course a lot. I found the course materials clearly structured, informative and easy to understand. Humanistic approach to patients is very appealing. Besides that I liked the constructive critique lecturers give to the current state of affairs in the US medical system.

Really great course, I learned so much! My only complaint is that the last two videos before the module 6 quiz was difficult to hear and wasn't as engaging because of the audio for me. I also procrastinated a bit because of the length of the videos, but they were informative!

This was a great course, my internship is working with SU (substance use) and learning about medication management, side affects, treatment options, and other aspects allows myself to know the population much better. The courses were easy to follow and informative.
