Lydia is a financial modelling and analytics professional with experience in valuation, corporate finance and data analytics. She is a Manager in EY’s Valuation, Modelling and Economics team in Sydney, where she works with clients across a range of industries, developing financial models, forecasts and analytical solutions to support valuations, transactions and strategic decision-making. Lydia is passionate about helping people understand financial information and use it to make informed business decisions. She combines her technical expertise with a strong commercial perspective, with a particular focus on translating complex financial analysis into practical insights. She holds a PhD in Actuarial Science and Business Analytics and is a CFA charterholder. Her technical skills include financial modelling, statistical analysis and programming in Python, R and SQL. Through her teaching, Lydia aims to make financial analysis accessible and practical by connecting fundamental concepts with real-world business applications.
