Dr. Dhrithi Mahadevan is a faculty member in the Marketing Area at S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) and holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB). Her expertise lies in services marketing, customer experience, and platform economies, areas in which she has conducted award-winning research recognized both nationally and internationally, including the Young Service Researcher Award, AMS-Sheth Award, NASMEI Raj-Sethuraman Award, and AIM-Sheth Award. Dr. Dhrithi brings a rich blend of academic knowledge and practical skills to her teaching. She is trained in methodologies such as text-mining, econometric analysis, and experimental methods—highly relevant techniques for addressing today’s complex business challenges.
