Professor emeritus at the Applied Pedagogy Department and Director of the Centre for Research and Studies for Organizational Development, both at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Specialist in topics related to the organization and management of training institutions. Currently he is the president of the Ibero-American Network of Educational Management (RedAGE). He is also member of the D-EMIND project.
