Jan Vleggeert is a Professor of Tax Law at Leiden University and the Chair of Leiden University’s Institute for Tax Law. Jan’s research focuses on protecting national (corporate) tax bases and combating tax avoidance. He analyses the question of whether the current legal measures need to be adjusted and, if so, which new measures would be necessary, from the perspectives of Dutch national tax law, EU law and treaty law. Jan is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences.
