Flexible payment options as you progress through the program

With “pay-as-you-go” tuition, you only need to pay for the courses you’re taking each semester. This allows for greater budgeting flexibility. Tuition is $1,750 per course, totaling $42,000 for the degree, plus $910 or so in per-semester fees.*

Berkeley Engineering is pleased to offer MAS-E scholarships to qualified candidates. Recipients are awarded partial scholarships based on criteria including academic merit; financial need; overcoming personal, academic or professional barriers; and experience with diversity.
