Through 36 credit hours, students develop strong leadership and management skills, along with an understanding of how the higher education industry operates. The program consists of courses such as Student Development Theory, Finance in Higher Education, and Higher Education and the Law—topics that students will encounter directly in their higher education careers. The curriculum is designed to prepare graduates for roles such as Vice President of Enrollment Management, Dean of Admissions, Director of Student Financial Aid, Director of Academic Advising, Education Consultant, Director of Alumni Relations, and Residential Life Coordinator.
