absolutely terrible user experience - The learning objectives and project overview are straight forward, but when you dive into the actual content, the user experience gets rough. The instructor in the online tutorial video is describing a cloud desktop that I could not find anywhere in the downloadable files, clickable links, etc... I looked all through the course content, home page, files, and could not locate information on how to access a cloud desktop. Additionally, there were numerous grammar, spelling, formatting, etc.. issues in the google pages that the instructor created. As I read through the files, I could barely focus on the main ideas of the content and learning objectives, because I kept encountering typos and grammar issues that made it really hard to focus on the content itself. I gave up on the course after wasting about 1 hour of my time trying to skim through content and locate the missing files and links mentioned on top of trying to read through grammatical chaos and typos. I hope all of coursera Plus courses aren't this bad.

Poor audio quality for free not bad but i would imagine the app should have better standards for courses maybe even provide the creator with the equipment to make the class not like google isnt financially able to make that happen to improve the QOL for those taking free classes across the platform

This is some form of data collection method it seems, as you will be required to login to your personal google account ON THEIR cloud server which is a recorded screen to be able to access a simple word document

too fast-paced in termes of the activities and speech delivery. not suited for beginners. not enough explanations with real life situations.

Lack of content, and preparation. Unable to follow through with the instructor and unable to access the file that was requested to access.
