I thought I knew a lot about computers, I was wrong. taking this course taught me so much. I would take this course all over again I enjoyed it very much.

Technical Support Fundamentals is a great course for those interested in basic computing concepts and those interested in working in the IT support field.

Great course if you are starting on the IT world! Some concepts are basics, but there are lots of cool things that I didn't know about and I learned here.

A very informative certificate course. It covers all the basics you need to begin. If you have been in the field for awhile, it may be too simple though.
