This is an outstanding course on professionalism in the workplace. Proper communication is definitely a life skill that can be useful beyond the workplace. This was a very positive and uplifting course for those entering the workforce or for those needing to get unstuck.

I really enjoyed all 3 lessons. these lessons has helped me to become more confidence in the workplace and gave me knowledge on how to interact and build relationships with others

I find Coursera an amazing institution to gain knowledge in other fields of profession that would help land a job that is in demand nowadays
