With a rich background as a Visiting Lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Design (PolyU Design), I am deeply engaged in shaping the future of innovation by imparting invaluable design-driven lessons to aspiring creators and innovators. Through my organization, TforDesign, I've had the privilege of reaching over 50,000 learners globally, fostering a culture of design-driven innovation through immersive online and offline learning experiences. My journey in design innovation spans across diverse landscapes, from consulting on impactful projects for global brands to spearheading workshops and activities that ignite creativity and collaboration. With a focus on Design Consultation, Quality Assurance, and Industrial Skills Training, I bring a multifaceted perspective to the table, working hand in hand with organizations to tackle complex challenges head-on. With a Master's in Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a BA in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, I bring a comprehensive understanding of design and innovation to every endeavor.
